She turns as he gets up, dropping the blanket in alarm, but it's over fast, even as she starts to scream, and then she's just pushing herself up to a sitting position on the bed, angry and heart thudding hard with the aftermath of that momentary terror.
A furious exhalation, but she doesn't quite dare move, not yet.
