Wanderings
Dec. 2nd, 2005 06:16 pmShe doesn't feel too weak, the girl called Zera thinks, walking carefully around the small room she has been living in.
The light robe she has borrowed flutters lightly around her ankles as she goes to the door, opening it and peering cautiously out. An empty corridor. She is meant to be lying down, but she has been for days. Looking arund briefly can't hurt.
Feeling a little guilty, but mostly curious, the girl ventures out. The floor is cool under her bare feet, but not too cold. Nearly silent, she begins to explore, testing her steadiness and looking around as she does so.
